Lake Texoma

On Saturday we went up with Samantha to Uncle Tom and Aunt Julie's boat on Lake Texoma. Yes, one side is Texas and the other Oklahoma. We had a great time with the Marshalls celebrating Natalie's 12th birthday. Our kids said it was the best birthday party they'd ever been to. Ryan and Nathan playing a game of cards below deck.
At the end of the day the kids all got a turn to ride the "triple dawg". Here it's Matthew, Nash, Sarah and Ryan.

And then they fell off. The looks on their faces as they watched the boat ride on was so funny. All the kids were very brave though.

Aunt Julie's dad was our official boat driver...and Matthew...
...and Ryan.
Naomi in the middle of all the towels used to block the wind so Aunt Julie could light the b-day candles.

I didn't get any pictures of when we anchored and got out to swim but it was pretty fun. All the kids wore life jackets and could just jump off the boat, go to shore or just swim in the water. All us adults did the same but could sit in the lifejackets like a diaper to float around. It was nice not having to be afraid of sharks!!
